Three UAE-Based Leaders Elected to Key Roles in NRNA ICC—A Proud Moment for the Nepali Community in UAE

The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) International Coordination Council (ICC) has welcomed its newly elected executive team for the term 2025–2027. Among the elected leaders, three prominent figures based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have been entrusted with crucial responsibilities—marking a proud and inspiring moment for the entire Nepali community in the region.

🔹 Manoj Gorkhali – Former Secretary of NRNA ICC and a dedicated advocate for diaspora affairs, has been elected as Vice President of the International Coordination Council. His consistent engagement and leadership reflect his deep-rooted commitment to the global Nepali movement.

🔹 Thakur Prasad Dhungana – Former President and current Patron of NRNA NCC UAE, has been elected as Treasurer of NRNA ICC. Known for his strategic thinking and unwavering support for the community, Mr. Dhungana continues to play a crucial role in strengthening NRNA’s financial foundation.

🔹 Ramesh Shrestha – Former President, Senior Advisor, and immediate past Middle East Coordinator of NRNA ICC, has been re-elected as the Middle East Regional Coordinator. His re-election is a testament to his impactful leadership and tireless advocacy for the rights and welfare of Nepalis in the Middle East.

These three individuals have not only brought honor to the UAE-based Nepali community but also set an inspiring example of service, unity, and dedication on the international stage. Their election to these high-level positions underlines the growing influence and recognition of Nepali professionals in the Gulf region.
