Crest Micro Life Insurance IPO Opens Today for the General Public – A Second Chance for Nepalese Working Abroad!

February 22 – Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting today (Thursday, February 22). Interested investors can now apply for the shares.

The company received approval from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 2,250,000 shares worth NPR 225 million, which is 30% of its total issued capital of NPR 750 million. In the first phase, 225,000 shares were allocated and distributed to Nepalese working abroad under the foreign employment quota.

Additionally, the company has already allocated 67,500 shares to its employees and 112,500 shares to mutual funds. Now, in the second phase, the company has opened the remaining 1,845,000 shares worth NPR 184.5 million for the general public.

A Second Chance for Nepalese Working Abroad

Those who missed applying under the foreign employment quota can now seize this opportunity to invest in Crest Micro Life Insurance’s IPO. The IPO is open from March 6, 2025 (10:00 AM) to March 10, 2025 (5:00 PM).

Interested applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. Each share is priced at NPR 100.
