January Fuel Prices Announced in UAE: Petrol and Diesel Rates Reduced

The UAE has announced fuel prices for the month of January. According to the UAE Fuel Committee, petrol and diesel prices across the country will be reduced in January, in line with movements in global oil prices.

Under the new pricing structure, Super 98 petrol will cost Dh2.53 per litre, down from Dh2.70 in December, reflecting a price drop of approximately 6.3 percent.

Special 95 petrol has been priced at Dh2.42 per litre, compared to Dh2.58 in the previous month, marking a decline of around 6.2 percent.

The price of E-Plus 91 petrol will decrease to Dh2.34 per litre, from Dh2.51 in December, representing a reduction of about 6.8 percent.

Diesel prices have seen the largest reduction, with the new rate set at Dh2.55 per litre, down from Dh2.85 last month, a drop of approximately 10.5 percent.

Fuel prices in the UAE are reviewed and set on a monthly basis, based on international oil market trends. The new rates will come into effect from January 1 and will apply across all fuel stations in the country.
