Important Notice Regarding Passport Renewal and Embassy Services

Abu Dhabi, UAE – March 18, 2025 – The Embassy of Nepal in Abu Dhabi has issued an important notice regarding passport renewal services. Individuals whose passports have either expired or will expire by April 2025 are requested to complete the online form and book an appointment in advance. To accommodate such individuals, the embassy will provide passport renewal services on March 21, 2025 (Chaitra 08, 2081). The embassy urges all concerned individuals to take note of this date.

नेपाली राजदूतावास, अबुधाबीले राहदानी नवीकरण सम्बन्धी अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना जारी गरेको छ। २०८१ अप्रिल महिनासम्म राहदानीको म्याद सकिएको वा सकिन लागेको व्यक्तिहरूले अनलाइन फारम भरी Appointment लिएर मात्र सेवा प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्। यस्ता सेवाग्राहीहरूका लागि विशेष राहदानी नवीकरण सेवा २०८१ चैत ८ (मार्च २१, २०२५) शुक्रबार राजदूतावासमा उपलब्ध हुनेछ। साथै, राजदूतावासले बिना Appointment आएका सेवाग्राहीहरूलाई सेवा दिन असमर्थ हुने जनाएको छ।
फागुन २०८१ महिनामा राजदूतावासले ४१६६ पासपोर्ट फारम संकलन, ४०१५ पासपोर्ट वितरण, ६० भिसा जारी, ५२८ यात्रा कागजात, २५१ कन्सुलर प्रमाणिकरण, ७९ पावर अफ एटर्नी, २१६ व्यक्तिगत भिसा प्रमाणीकरण, ४३४ संस्थागत प्रमाणिकरण, २१० समूह भिसा प्रमाणीकरण, १७ शव व्यवस्थापन, ४७० उजुरी तथा गुनासा सम्बोधन, र AED ७७,१७१.२ क्षतिपूर्ति तथा बीमा सेवा प्रदान गरेको छ। थप जानकारीका लागि राजदूतावासको वेबसाइट www.ae.nepalembassy.gov.np वा फोन +971-2-6344767 / 6344385 / 6344469 मा सम्पर्क गर्न अनुरोध गरिएको छ।

Additionally, due to the increasing number of service seekers, the embassy has emphasized that only those with prior appointments should visit the embassy for passport renewal. Walk-in applicants without a confirmed appointment are requested not to visit the embassy.
