अबुधाबी, २३ सेप्टेम्बर २०२५ — यूएईमा विभिन्न पेशा–व्यवसायमा कार्यरत सबै नेपालीलाई संयुक्त अरब इमिरातका कानुन, नियम र मुल्य–मान्यता कडाइका साथ पालना गर्न आग्रह गर्दै नेपाली राजदूतावास, अबुधाबीले अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना जारी गरेको छ। दूतावासले वैधानिक प्रावधानविरुद्धका गतिविधि, ठगी, साइबर अपराध, ट्राफिक उल्लङ्घन, बैंक/क्रेडिट कार्ड दुरुपयोग, अवैध काम–कारोबार तथा ‘फ्रिलान्स भिसा’को नाममा हुने गैरकानुनी अभ्यासप्रति विशेष सचेत रहन आग्रह गरेको छ।

दूतावासका अनुसार आप्रवासन, श्रम, सुरक्षा तथा आर्थिक कानुन उल्लङ्घन गर्ने गतिविधिमा संलग्न भए गम्भीर कानुनी कारबाही हुन सक्ने भन्दै निम्न बुँदामा ध्यान दिन आग्रह गरिएको छः

मुख्य सावधानीहरू

यूएईको कानुन, नियम र मूल्य–मान्यता पूर्ण पालना गर्नुपर्ने।
अवैध श्रम/व्यवसाय तथा स्वीकृत नपरेका काम नगर्नू।
बैंक/क्रेडिट कार्डको किस्ता नदिने, ऋण लिएर देश छोड्ने जस्ता काम नगर्नू।
ट्राफिक नियम कडाइका साथ पालना गर्नू।
Emirates ID सधैं साथमा राख्नू, अरूलाई नदिनू।
पासपोर्ट/Emirates ID कसैलाई धरौटी वा कारोबारका लागि नदिनू।
साइबर अपराध (अन्लाइन ठगी कारबार इत्यादि) बाट सचेत रहनू।
सोसल मिडियामा व्यक्तिको चरित्रहति वा समुदायमा वैमनस्य फैलिने सामग्री पोस्ट/सेयर नगर्नू।
धर्म, जाति, संस्कृतिमा विभाजन ल्याउने गतिविधि नगर्नू।
फ्रिलान्स भिसाको नाममा गैरकानुनी रोजगारी/कारोबारमा संलग्न नहुनू।
कुनै समस्या परेमा वैधानिक उपाय अवलम्बन गरी दूतावास/सम्बन्धित निकायसँग सम्पर्क गर्नू।

दूतावासले यूएईमा रहेका नेपालीहरूले आफ्नो र समुदायको मर्यादा, सुरक्षालाई प्राथमिकता दिएर कानुनी दायराभित्र रहेर काम गर्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिएको छ। साथै, अफवाह वा अपुष्ट सूचना पछ्याउनेभन्दा आधिकारिक स्रोतबाट मात्र तथ्य जाँच गरी कारबाही गर्न आग्रह गरिएको छ।

Abu Dhabi, 23 September 2025 — The Embassy of Nepal in Abu Dhabi has issued an urgent public notice to all Nepali nationals living and working across the United Arab Emirates, urging strict compliance with UAE laws, rules, and social values. The Embassy warns that violations—including financial fraud, cybercrime, traffic offenses, misuse of bank/credit facilities, unapproved work or business, and activities conducted under the guise of “freelance visas”—may lead to serious legal action.

According to the Embassy, every Nepali worker, student, and resident must conduct themselves responsibly, respect the host country’s culture, and avoid activities that could harm their own safety or the wider Nepali community’s reputation.

Key Advisories

Follow the law: Adhere to all UAE laws, regulations, and social norms at all times.
No unauthorized work/business: Do not engage in jobs or businesses not covered by your visa, and do not participate in illegal commercial activities.
Financial responsibility: Avoid loan/credit misuse. Do not abscond with unpaid bank loans or credit card dues.
Traffic compliance: Strictly follow traffic rules. Do not provide taxi/ride services illegally.
Carry your Emirates ID: Keep it with you; never give or lend your Emirates ID to anyone.
Protect your documents: Do not hand over your passport or Emirates ID as collateral or for private transactions.
Beware of cybercrime: Stay alert to online scams, phishing, and illegal digital activities.
Responsible social media use: Do not post/share content that defames individuals, spreads hate, or incites division within or among communities.
Respect religion and culture: Avoid speech or acts that insult religious beliefs, cultures, or traditions.
Avoid “freelance visa” abuses: Do not rely on informal/illegal arrangements that violate immigration or labor laws.
